We come right to your home or workplace. A quiet room or a bit of open space is all we need to set up our portable Chiropractic table. Not sure if your space will work? Contact us at hello@pacificchiropractic.com.au. Initial consults will typically take 45 minutes whereas follow-up consults will be 20-30 minutes in duration.
Your first visit is a critical step in assessing your musculoskeletal and nervous system health. When making your booking, you’ll be directed to answer some questions regarding your health history and concerns. These answers will help outline key information for Dr. Dave so your first consultation is productive to your overall goals.
Dr. Dave will discuss your health history, symptoms and concerns, you will receive an adjustment, discuss relevant treatment plans and any lifestyle changes that may benefit you. Rest assured, your comfort, safety and wellbeing will be prioritised throughout the consultation and treatment process.
Your follow-up visit will include an adjustment and it will also be for Dr. Dave to review and monitor your progress, make any necessary changes and ensure that you’re on track to achieve your health and wellness goals.

Full payment is made upon booking your mobile Chiropractic appointment. When your appointment has completed, you will be issued a receipt via email for you to make a claim with your health fund provider.
You may be eligible for up to 5 chiropractic visits per year, funded through Medicare under the Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM) or Team Care Arrangement (TCA). Discuss this option with your GP in the first instance.*
Please note: This is a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) private-billed service. Full payment is required upfront for assessment and/or treatment. Upon completion of your appointment you will be issued with a receipt, which will enable you to claim the Medicare rebate directly yourself. It is important to note that the Medicare rebate (currently $61.80) will still leave you with an out of pocket expense for your appointment.
*To qualify for the Medicare Chronic Disease Management Program, you must be living with a chronic medical condition and possess a valid Medicare card. Your general practitioner (GP) will tailor a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan to meet your health needs. Under this plan, your GP may also refer you to a chiropractor as part of a Team Care Arrangement (TCA), which can cover up to five chiropractic sessions.

Please note: a referral is required from your GP, specialist or treating doctor at a hospital for an initial treatment cycle of 12 visits or 12 months, whichever comes first. See the DVA website on Allied Health Services for further information

To ensure fair access to appointments and to respect the travel and preparation time required for mobile chiropractic visits, we kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice: No fee will be charged, and your full appointment fee will be refunded or credited.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment: The full appointment fee (100%) will be charged.
Missed appointments (no-shows): The full appointment fee will apply.
As a mobile service, late cancellations significantly impact our ability to offer your time slot to another patient. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our schedule effectively.

Dr. Dave has a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience, and has dedicated his life to promoting and improving the wellbeing of individuals in our community.
Dr. Dave pursued his education at RMIT in Melbourne, earning a dual degree in Clinical and Chiropractic Science, supplemented by a degree in Exercise Science. In recognition of academic excellence, he was invited to become a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
Dr. Dave provides a comprehensive and holistic approach to each individual’s journey towards optimum health. He is deeply committed to helping his patients regain their health and wellbeing through the power of chiropractic care and allied health practices. After 20 years of working in clinic, Dr Dave has established a large and loyal patient base, of which you can see reviews below. He is now motivated to make Chiropractic care more accessible and convenient for people by offering a mobile service.
